Tim Foarde has served as a legal advisor to principals of Klis Capital for more than fifteen years.  He is a senior lawyer in the New York area and represents clients in international direct investment, merger and acquisition, corporate finance, and energy transactions. Tim has over thirty-five years experience in cross-border transactions and has worked on significant matters in most countries in Latin America, representing leading private equity funds, financial institutions, energy and other commercial companies. He has extensive experience in private equity acquisitions and dispositions, and cross-border joint ventures, partnerships and other joint companies. He has particular experience in advising U.S. investors in direct investments and privatization bids in Latin America. 

Eduardo focuses on helping companies and funds raise capital with Klis’s network of global investors. Prior to joining Klis Capital, Eduardo co-founded and served as CEO of an EdTech Startup, Trybu Learning, serving 1,000+ children in LATAM and the US with over 2,000 in-home and online classes. Previously, he was a Vice President at the Private Equity Group of Tresalia Capital, a leading family office in Mexico, where he concentrated on growth equity investments US and Mexico. Eduardo has an MBA from London Business School with a Private Equity and Change Management concentration.

Miguel Pellat has more than 30 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate finance. His experience includes various industries in Mexico, USA and Latin America. He has participated in highly recognized companies including Elek Moreno Valle, GE Capital, Banco Invex, and Tresalia Capital. Miguel has an Engineering degree from the Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from IPADE. Currently Miguel is Flower Kingdom's CEO.

Rob has almost 20 years’ experience working in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance roles.  As an investment banker in Mexico City, Rob participated in a variety of cross-border transactions for clients from Europe, Japan, and the United States.  He worked with KPMG in Monterrey, Mexico and Chicago as a member of the Transaction Advisory team, carrying out financial due diligence for Fortune 50 business and leading Private Equity funds.  More recently, Rob was the Head of Corporate Development, for a business sponsored by Kelso private equity where he generated a 3.0x MOIC when the business was acquired by Kyocera.  Following the acquisition, Rob was promoted to CFO, leading the integration of accounting, finance, HR and IT functions with the parent company in Japan.

Roberto is a seasoned private equity and venture capital investor with over 25 years of global private markets investment experience in a broad range of industries in the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Roberto currently is Managing Partner of Iter Investments, an early-stage venture capital firm. He has proven experience building and managing private markets investment platforms as a senior leader in institutional, family office and impact investment firms, including JPMorgan, Franklin Templeton, SEAF, among others. Roberto is an experienced board member of numerous portfolio companies and investment committee member of several private equity and venture capital funds. He earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern University and MBA from Harvard University.
